Tulle Leopard in a Little Gold

So today's post show the last two ways I wear my tulle skirt, sorry it took so long to post.

I wanted to play with textures for this look so I added a black leather belt and switched the gold buckle to the back so the front is all black, different textures and just one gold necklace. The gold cuff is there for the gold necklace, shoes are there for some added print and red lips for some colour :)

Floral, Tulle and A String

 So this time instead of colour, I added a print to my monochrome with these floral sandals I got from Aldo with pink lips to match lol.

I love the string & stud detail on this shirt, from Zara. 

The multi colour reflecting studs inspired my colourful floral print shoes & pink lips actually.

 

Are You A Jumpsuit?

Cobalt blue has definitely become my favourite colour (after purple) and this outfit is one I'll be wearing again very soon, I love everything about it, especially the fact that it looks like a jumpsuit. 

I can't wait to see how it looks with my natural hair as well. Best believe I'll be uploading a different version of this with my hair. I enjoy the ease of having a weave but I do miss my hair. In the end I think I'm more of a wig girl, they just seem easier to me. I want to try short hair next, so stay tuned for that lol.

A black and white hat for a little print, pink lips for extra colour and silver shoes for some metallic glam and because I don't have cobalt blue sandals, which I neeeeed. 

Someone help me find a pair! (for a good price).

One Colour Girl

Trying to be a "one colour girl" like my Toyin of The Soho Sister blog, do check her out, I'm in love with her blog and I love her style especially her all white outfits cuz I can never seem to pull off that look but she does it so well. She's quite the monochromist herself, check out this blue outfit she wore here, it was this post that made me look for a similar outfit and here we are! I wore this to work and everyone loved it thinking it was a dress lol, thanks for the inspiration Toyin!

Monochrome Nails

Most fashion blogs I follow have been all about the monochrome trend this season, with the checkered patterns from Louis Vuitton, b/w polka dots in high street shops and the classic stripes from Marc Jacobs and the rest of them (that The Soho Sister has called "prisoner fashion" lol, click the link to read the post). So I decided to be "trendy" and get some monochrome on my nails :)

The lines aren't totally perfect but honestly, there's beauty in imperfection.
