Well hello there Friday! I almost didn't see you!!

Been so busy this week, but I thank God because some people are looking for work and things to do so I cannot even try to complain. 

As you all know I'm currently working at Xclamations as an in-house designer and we just recently showed our new collection at GTBank LFDW on Wednesday the 23rd. If you missed it I have all the pictures from our collection but I'm sure Bella Naija and the official LFDW site have pictures from other designers as well. I've also been for the different days so I'll update the blog with pictures from those but I've interrupted my scheduled posts for the blog to update you guys on my over all experience on the day of the show!

Runway Preparation

 GTB Lagos Fashion and Design Week is coming up soon and Xclamations is showing on Wednesday 23rd! We've been working on new things so I'm very excited to see how it all comes out and by the grace of God the will go well! We had model fittings on Friday and I thought I'd take quick pictures for the blog. Continue for more pictures and a brief review about my day!

The Print Dress

 My outfit of the day to the Business Side of Fashion event on the 28th at Terra Kulture. I'd blog about it soon when I get the pictures sorted. I really love this dress and I think it was perfect for the event, it's the right amount of dressy and casual in a perfect mix.The dress is from Xclamations, Find us at 1 Adeola Hopewell V.I Lagos.

The Blazer

I worked at Xclamations like I mentioned earlier and they have the most amazing ankara blazers so I had to get me one! I paired it with basic jeans, a top and my SBKs :)

Been A Minute

It's actually been more than a minute but I'm back and I finally found my mojo again! I kinda lost it in the process of going through change and having new priorities, but let's catch up!

Briefly, I went to Lagos for a short time, started work as an intern for Xclamations, came back for graduation and now I've started a summer course at CSM in fashion design, Yay! 

I forgot my camera charger in Lagos so these aren't recent pictures, I tried to do an everyday workwear wardrobe kind of post but that didn't work out quite well. Smh In all honesty sometimes I think I really suck at blogging but that's not gonna stop me :p
